How'd you not tear your shit up driving through a four foot snowbank?
No kidding. Up until this weekend, they wouldn't shut up about 2009 when we had two back to back storms similar to the amount of snow this one left. At that point, I lived in an apartment by myself, drove a Toyota Matrix and didn't own a snow shovel. I also had food poisoning. It was a blast.Worst thing for you guys out east is that for the next 10 years your local news channels will be talking about how they predicted the blizzard of 2016. They will blather on and on about how great they are and show flashback footage.
Hyped by the media perhaps because there is a huge, compacted population with families living in homes 30 feet apart or stacked against/on top of one another in a major corporate/government corridor. Such an “event” is infrequent and, bottom line, there is a bigger audience = $ for news real/created for that area.
I don't dig. Defintely wasn't four feet.well....its snow...and not a berm of iron or rocks or dirt...
ya dig
i have to check, as someone mentioned, that my stock skids mesh inserts might be a little bent...other than that, i quote the many reviews that i read about the truck...
'its sooooo capable'
I grew up and my parents still live in Columbia. Talked to them and they said that plows, especially private are having issues getting gas. My dad said 2 gas stations that he went to Friday were already out.

They are supposed to be different unless you have gas filler hoses on both sides lol.Hey everyone hope you were all was safe this weekend! I have a quick question about my 2015 4Runner that I was hoping someone could help shed some light on. While clearing snow off my car and everything this weekend I noticed that my two rear wheel wells are different looking. If you look at the drivers side rear wheel well it has a plastic cover at the top back part that the passenger side doesnt seem to have. I thought maybe it had ripped off while tearing around in the snow but after examining for a while it looks like the plastic cover never was on the passenger side (no holes or mounting things I can see). Called the dealership today to ask a parts specialist about it and he told me it was a cover for the fuel line on that side but figured I'd ask here and see if anyone could check their wheel wells and see if there's is the same as mine. Greatly appreciate any answers, have a good one.
