Best place to install an amplifier

Hello all,
After installing a DNX-5120, i decided to install an amplifier. I have a 3rd row seat which limits my options with space. I would like to install the amplifier somewhere were it will be hidden and won't over heat. In your opinion, where would be the best place?

I'm installing the Alpine, 5 chaneel amp model PDX-5. Its a small and powerful amp

It is a good amp. After installing the DNX-5120, my stock speakers sounded distorted when I increased the volume. So I replace them with 6x9 3 way JL audio speakers fronts and D6 Diamond speakers for the back. lol, these speakers have magnets twice the size of the crappy stock speakers. So now, I have no mids and no bass. So I have to install an amp or I won't enjoy the music from my DNX-5120

I will see under the seats. But I think the AC vents under the front seats might be a problem

How do you like your 5120. I'm thinking about getting the same HU. How did the install go and are you happy w/ how it looks? Pics would be nice

Ok, So I just finished installing the amp. I ended up placing it insite the back right compartment in the side of the trung. I will take pics and post soon
