The dealer out here is pretty worthless in the parts department, and before I order from Toyota direct, are there any better places to get the updated DVDs?
Best source for updated NAV discs?

It's pirated, that's why the low price. You can also sometimes find them on torrent sites, but you'll need a dual layer DVDR to write it to.

Starting around 2012/2013 Toyota partnered up with Entune, since then our factory Head Units utilize a USB port to update via "Factory SST" USB Drives with software updates.
You're best bet is probably looking for the correct software update for your head unit online. I will warn you though that there are about a dozen versions at any one point in time for the head units based on Manufacturer, Type of Head Unit, Model of Vehicle, ect.
So you need to do your research and find the correct software version; Toyota and Entune didn't do a great job with the information even from a dealer standpoint. I'm good with electronics and it still takes me far longer than I'd like it to take to find out which version SST USB I need for a customer's vehicle; because their information for identifying the head units is rather piss poor.
