Bilstein 5100's on SR5??

Can you put these shocks on a stock SR5? Or does the 4R have to be lifted for these shocks? I want to upgrade the shocks to help with the nose dive like I've read on some of these threads here. But, from what I can tell, it appears these Bilsteins are either for lifted 4runners......
