I've spent the last four days searching here and Yotatech, and can't find the answer I need. What Bilstein 5100 part numbers should I order for my 3rd gen SR5 on which I will be installing OME 883/891 springs? Thanks!

Depends if you want Tundra 5100's or Tacoma 5100's for the front (they don't make 4runner designated 5100's for the front). Tacoma 5100 has 3 perches, Tundra 5100 has 5. I believe the valving is stiffer for the Tundra's too. 95-04 Tacoma or 00-06 Tundra are the years you are looking at.
For the rear, you could do 00-06 Tundra 5100 rears but would have to swap out the bushings to get them to work with the 4runner. Or easier yet, you could just order the 5125's off of Toytec that are 3rd gen 4runner specific, which comes with the stem to eye adapter you need for that specific shock to work.

So basically the tundra spec shocks will/may be a little stiffer?
Also, as a side note, my understanding is that the 5100s have more travel than the 4600s. Is this correct, or is there another reason to go for the 5100s rather than the 4600s?
I'm primarily doing the upgrade because my original shocks and coils are shot, and I figured as long as I'm replacing them I might as well upgrade both the weight capacity and the ride height, and I prefer stiffer suspension in general, so I know I want Billies instead of OME shocks, but I don't want to limit the ride height advantage of the OME springs by using shocks that don't have enough travel.

Yup, Tacoma ones will be a bit softer than the Tundras. From what I remember seeing, the extended length was a hair longer on the Tundra 5100 than the Tacoma 5100. I believe the Tacoma ones are still longer than a stock shock.
Will OME coils fit on the Tundra Bilstein 5100 front struts?
I was told by Toytec that they have had problems with the OME springs popping out from the Bilsteins, is this true?
Looking at the strut specs between the Tundra Bilstein 5100 and the OME Nitrocharger Sports struts, they are almost exactly the same dimensions.
