Bilstein: tundra front adjust. strut and oem coil?

when I install the tundra 5100s on stock coils will i need any other parts such as top plates or anything? ordering the parts to take to local guy and would like to have everything in order. thanks in advance.

Did you ever end up installing this combo? What perch did you use and how much lift (hub to fender measurements appreciated) did you get?

I'm leaning heavily towards stock springs on the 4th perch, maybe 5th, up front. I want right around 2" of lift, and my 02 SR5 sits rather low.

I had the struts installed, and the guy (friend of friend) put them on different perch heights. the driver side is on the lowest setting (closest to top) and passenger is 2 perches down from the top.

i am not driving the vehicle much so i havent corrected it. I could get pics if youre still interested.
