Blower vent fan help

My vent fan has started making some awful noises. Squeeling kind of noise. It happenes after I hit a bump, I can sometimes turn it to high for a bit then back to low and it will go away. Its the worst in the morning when its cold.

I've been searching and found a couple threads that talk about this problem. One indicated that the fan does not have bearings, its just plastic on plastic and its a good idea to put cold weather greese in there. I was thinking some sort of lithum greese or something along those lines.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a thread that has the disassembly walk through. I found one but it was old and pictures didn't load.

Any advice or help would be great.

There are 3 screws that hold the blower motor in and 1 electrical plug...very easy removal. I found mine to have a boat load of leaves and twigs and such. Cleaned every thing out and blower is new again. 10 minute job.

I've had mine out once already, and there was nothing in there to clean out. I still have a faint "ticking" noise coming from the fan motor though, I'm going to pull it back out and grease it, does anyone know the best stuff to use for this?

Now were exactly would I put greese, can I remove the fan rotor from the shaft easily? Its hard to tell in that picture how its held on.

Its been a while since I have taken mine off but everything should look pretty straight forward once you have it off. Can't remember exactly if the fan rotor is removable, but I imagine it is. It will only take you 5 minutes to take it off and find out
