She was in a diaper. The shear volume and force at which it was expelled blew past the elastic seal on the leg openings in the diaper. I take it you haven't had that happen.... yet.

haha...diapers definitely have a limit. My daughter has proved that many times.

Some say the sliding tray is useless, but mine has been most useful when changing diapers. Very handy.

Oh it's definitely happened; but when she was younger and it was wetter.

Now it's more solid and thus doesn't leak much.
