BudBuilt - Anyone have any success contacting them?

I'd be in for a battery tray depending on price.

What address has been working for you guys to contact him at? I used budbuiltinfo at gmail.com 3 weeks ago with no reply, but there are a couple addresses floating around out there. Although its frustrating to not get a reply, I prefer his system to Shrock. He seems to focus on filling orders not taking additional orders.
 
No reply to emails. But i have gotten through a few times on the phone. I asked about the battery trays last week. He told me there are no prices yet and he is looking into getting it make out of stainless, and that it would only be 7-10 dollars more.

lol... i ask every time i've talked to him.. SOON... I fabricated one up, but it was just a little off. I like his work so i'll wait for one. I'm sure it will look good.
 
Sliders came in today. Took about 30 minutes to install. I love the fit and finish. These are the bump out sliders with full tread plating and black powdercoat. More pics in my build thread.

On the original topic of contacting BudBuilt - I sent them an e-mail last week w/ a question on the sliders and got 2 responses in less than 12 hours. Very happy with the response time & information provided.

Ordered a set of Trail Edition bump-outs (non-beefy) with partial plating. He said they were in stock & would be on the way after the plating was welded on & powdercoat completed. Can't wait!
 
Called again last week....and like the first time, no reply.....

I don't care if you make the best $hit on earth....nothing says FU like not returning a simple phone call......I don't care how busy you are in the shop.
 
I love the look of those sliders, especially on the black limited!

I have a stock 2011 Limited 4WD. Will these sliders fit without modification? Or do I need to trim / remove the rocker panels?

I'm not a fan of the stock running boards and these would look so much better, especially with the TRD rims.

He has two versions of sliders - one for trail & one for the rest. Not sure if you need to trim for the "regular" version, but you would have to for the trail version.

You may or may not run into issues with the XREAS lines that run along the frame as well with the trail edition. I'm guessing the mounting is different between the two.

I removed the rockers on mine a long time ago & just got rid of the XREAS suspension so I ordered the trail version.

Trail version has cut outs for the KDSS lines. Both need the rocker panels trimmed or removed.
 
My sliders are on the Fedex truck to be delivered this afternoon! Its gonna be a long day at work waiting to put them on!
