So here's an update....gonna put some up to date pictures up when I get back too. Outside, inside, everything. Got a new cb, new lbjs, new outer tie rods, new tires, I need to change the oil. So there's some maintenance to be caught up. I want to change the fluid and filter in the transmission. Want some opinions on that if anyone has any. It seems like a real pita to do because you have to make a gasket. Oh well, these showed up today, so happy days.

So got some updates for today. The new front sway bar bushing kit, steering rack bushing kit, lower ball joints, outer tie rod ends, and got some new 285/75/16 AT2's.
So lots of positives, going to start work on the cb tonight/tomorrow.
Only downside is they coilovers, still need adjustment up. Its pretty much been a huge PITA. I will make it happen though because of some rubbing at full lock. need about 1.5-2 inches up in the front.

So the coils got adjusted up today. The front wheel wells are 38 inches, and the rear is 40.5/40 inches. On the upside its drivable, but there is still some rubbing before full lock. I'm not sure if it's the offset of the wheel or what.
Does anyone know if there is more adjustment to be had out of the Radflos?

Yes, yes you do. It is coming around. I am keeping my eyes out for black/smoked LED tail lights, and a 3rd brake light.
Thinking about a 1" body lift from [MENTION=14772]shootmymime[/MENTION] now so the 285s don't rub.

So I did some wheeling at Uwharrie this weekend, and some camping. Pictures to come, but got a little more rubbing than I wanted, so I guess its up another 1.5" courtesy of [MENTION=14772]shootmymime[/MENTION].
Need to get the CB and antenna installed, and the BL as soon as it gets here, and need to get the tranny flushed, and fluids changed. So much to do, so little time to do it.

Thanks, at some point I am going to black the back windows out with 10% and the fronts with 20%. Does anyone know if there are smoked LEDs to replace the tail lights, and the 3rd brake light?

Night shade to paint on the tails. Light even coats changes the darkness shade. I used to have it. I've 5 years it's basically faded back to nothing so it's all good.

You know of any way to clear up the housing? Night shade sounds like a good idea if I can clean it up, make it a little more clear, then maybe I could even just replace the bulbs with brighter LED bulbs.

So I cleaned up the tail lights today. They weren't in really bad shape at all, just wanted to make sure they are as nice and clear as possible. Really simple process, 2000 grit wet sandpaper, no additional pressure, just let the sand paper do the work. Then I took some rubbing compound and a polishing cone, and polished them up. They are as good as new now. Figured I should do that since I will be spraying them down with Night Shade in the near future, in addition to adding some LED bulbs to the tail lights. That way they are just a little bit brighter than they are now.
Took the Pearl on a pizza run to get dinner, and I am getting a strange squeak then clunk from the front end. Don't know if its coming from the UCA's or the LCA's or what. It happens right when I hit little bumps, even like manhole covers, but not every bump of course. I am going to spray down the uni-ball again tomorrow, since it is a new month. I try to give them a little bit of dry lube once a month.
What say you? What do you think that could possibly be coming from? I just can't figure it out, and I can only get it to make the noise when I am driving, so its a little frustrating.

Hey dude sorry to see that about the UCA bushings. Those don't look normal at all. You should ask them to send you a new set for free and mail them a pic.
Was it installed like that and it just go worse?
BTW I finally have the Built Right logos and decals if you want one. I'll add them to the other thread.
