I agree with most of what's been said above..

However, nobody is bagging on the Nissan.. I'm trying to keep an open mind. Seems like a decent truck. What do you guys think? (and don't say reliability, this isn't a long term review.)

I like the Nissan more than the Honda, but there's still nothing to make it a better truck than the Tacoma....

Car & Driver should just stick to testing cars...they have no business in trucks or SUVs. C&D should let the sister branches (FourWheeler or Peterson's) do these comparisons.

You guys keep on falling for C&D's bias...they love cars, they hate SUVs/trucks, especially when one is ACTUALLY a truck or SUV with off-road capability. C&D thinks that off-roading is hitting a water puddle at the local supermarket.

Did anybody see the C&D TV show this past Saturday? Well, they tested a Jeep on an offroad course to see if it really was "trail rated." In my opinion, the Jeep did not do very well. Every time they would go up a hill, you would hear parts crunching. One time, I actually thought they may have ripped the tailpipe off. What do you think they had the nerve to say at the end of the review? "Even though the approach and departure angles could be better, the Jeep is one of the best on and off road vehicles you can buy!" Talk about being biased!!
