"Bump" feeling while backing out

I just started noticing something strange when backing out of my parking spot this morning. When I back out with the steering wheel locked to the right, I felt a small bump like I drove over a rock, it repeated itself twice while I backed out. Obviously I checked for a rock or something else in the parking lot, but it was clean. Has anyone experienced this? Any guesses?

Is it only when turning? What size tires do you have? You could be hitting your liner/body mount with the tire.

Yes it happened again today, only when turning and the steering wheel is locked to the right. I have stock tires on a 2010 TE, no lift.

Thanks for the link, but I think that is different issue as there really is no noise associated with my issue, it just feels like im backing over a small rock. There has to be some rubbing when the wheels are locked in one direction thats the only thing I can think of. I am going to have the mechanic check it out next time I am due for service.

Turn your wheel all the way, hop out and look closely at it. Is the inner portion of the tier hitting the vehicle? Then hop back in, turn the wheel all the way the other way and look at the other side.
