Just installed new door sills on my 2002 4runner - and am very happy.

Most of the items on my truck I got or you can get from Burtman - grille, tail lights, clear corners & slignals, chrome bulbs and these door sills.

Yeah I made an investment in my 4runner but I've had it 10 years, love it and will probably get another 10 out of it.

They are not cheap but pricing is in-line with the other websites i've seen.

I keep adding on to this truck - this is a small add on but to me it's worth it.

how was burtmans customer service?

i was planning on buying his black tails but lately i have heard he is horrible with returning calls or emails, and product shipment takes forever.

just wondering if he is back on track now.... (im hoping so.)

Burtman is a dedicated drop shipper, his profit margin is based on markup. He accepts your order, takes his cut, then pays the manufacturer who ships directly from their warehouse. That's why most of his prices are so high.

Things like the spoiler and the sills he paid someone to make and I believe he may have those items in his own possession. The prices are super high, but I guess that's what happens when you're a drop shipper. He's gotta make profit on those items somehow.

It makes sense that shipping would take forever because many of his products are likely shipped directly from China or Hong Kong.

Business is business I guess...

Why would he bother. He's got some great quality items though
That you won't be able to get anywhere else.

The timing to receive products really depends on what your ordering.
I received the spoiler 7-10 days from when I ordered. I received the
Sills about 3 weeks after I ordered. I ordered some chrome bulbs
That will probably be 5 weeks from the time I ordered but it's
Not like I needed them right now - I ordered them as a back up
And they are coming from China or Japan.

Jason's been pretty good w/ the communication I'll email him
But if I need a quick answer I just call him and if I leave a message
He always calls back.
