That's not helpful to his question. Yes if you add 5-6000 dollars of bumpers you can make these flares work with your 2010. But without aftermarket bumpers they will only fit 2014+ TE/TRD style bodywork.

The rears may fit without modification (may depend on what trim level bumper cap you have). The fronts would still fit to the cut line at the front bumper if one was willing to trim them that way. Have I unintentionally done something about liking mine that has seemed like I pissed in your Wheaties? Because you have shown a whole lot of negative about them since you decided they wouldn't work with your snorkel.
Maybe we should let him read that thread and decide for himself?

You posted a link to a page where someone had installed a CBI rear bumper and front aftermarket bumper, yes by all means the BW flares should fit if you remove all the actual parts that interfere with these. That is not the point of the original question, which was if these work with 2010s. Reading comprehension is key, so right back 'atcha.
We have to assume his question was if they'd work with the 2010-2013 front end, which these most certainly will not.
Regarding my feelings on these, I'm massively disappointed that they came up so high and wide and wouldn't work. And trust me I was emailing them every 1-2 weeks to the point of being on a first name basis with Bushwacker's customer support agent, of which when I realized they wouldn't work I sent her a nice gift basket to apologize for the pestering.
If that doesn't work for you by all means lets submit a hurt feelings report to [MENTION=66316]1engineer[/MENTION]
I'm just stating the facts having researched the flares a ridiculous amount. There was nothing malicious in my post, just stating facts, read into them as you wish but don't impose meaning that isn't there.

Sure did. The guy asked a question and I answered with a link. I didn't assume anything. I have had too many assumptions broken off in me while trying to be helpful in the Lift thread to bother doing that anymore.

I have a few questions for those who have installed the BW flares on their 5th gen rigs- I may have missed answers somewhere in here, my apologies if I did.
- What is the "minor drilling" required on the install? If I decide to pull the flares off at any point will the drilling require me to buy a new quarter panel or bumper...i.e. is the "minor drilling" a one way street?
- I've read that they can scratch the underlying paint due to debris building up. Anyone have this going on yet?
- Anyone seen any steals on prices? The cheapest I've seen is around $450 on eBay (new).
And lastly, anyone who has pics of these installed over stock size tires (265) with no spacers, I'd love to see. I'm afraid the tiny bit of extra width will make the tire look even further "sucked in" without either spacers or a new wheel with a stronger offset. I'll eventually lift and go to 33s, but not yet.

I'll only answer this one for now. The minor drilling is four 1/8" holes in each of the plastic lips of the factory door flares so a pair of short screws can assist the tape in holding the BW flare in place.
Mine have not been on long enough to attest to scratching, But it's a given that over time it will happen. And if you off road I am sure this will be accelerated by the amount of dust and dirt getting into and under the rubber spacer lip.

When we were gonna run these on mine the plan was to put some 3M XPEL behind the arch of the flares. Pratically this should protect the paint from vibrations, similar to running 3M XPEL under the wind fairing on a GOBI for example.

please post more photos from different angles. i have a super white and for the life of me i can't seem to figure out if these look good on the super white color or if they break up the white too much.
they look fantastic on [MENTION=62757]chudiddy[/MENTION] Inferno.
If you could please post some more photos from different angles that would be awesome. I also considered getting them and having them painted super white, but at that point, i think both the black and the silver colored bolts would look strange.
