Cb antenna for FM radio?

So my power antenna is broken.... like everyone's. And my FM radio signal is not very good at all. I know of the taco whip swap and was planning on doing that until I got an idea. Can I use a cb antenna, such as a firestik as an FM radio antenna? I've always like the looks of the cb antenna on the odl mounts on the back of the 4runner, but I don't really need a cb...

So can it work? I don't have any knowledge with this kind of things,

A coat hanger would work fine for FM reception.
So it should work fine.

Yes, you can use a CB antenna for your radio. You just have to purchase an adapter to hook it up. I personally can't tell you how good it works, I just saw it on the web...here's the site:
