I've been reading through tons of threads on wheels, tires, spacers etc and one of the things I am unable to find is info on the center bore and aftermarket wheels.
I know the bore on our 4Runners is 106. I've been able to find a few wheels that size, but most are 108. That 2mm shouldn't make much of a difference, but I thought I'd ask the experts here about how they went about finding aftermarket wheels
I'm picking up 4 ProComp Xtreme MT2: LT285/75R16 - "D" RATED tires and am looking at wheels. I'd rather not run wheel spacers, so am I correct in thinking the CB 108 Level 8 MK6's at 16x8 with 4" backspace and 0° Offset should be right to avoid rubbing on the OEM UCA's or would the -10's be better? It's a 2000 SR5 model with a SS 1.2 lift on it and plan on putting the TBU on as well sooner than later.
Going a bit bonkers here trying to figure out what wheels to get, so if I`m off base on the backspace/offset any help would be appreciated.
