cbielat's 2011 SR5 Build Thread

cbielat - If you're going to go, might as well go all-out right? Maybe drive it a while so you can truly appreciate the secondaries when you get them:) (notice, I said when, not "if")[/

Yeah, the ride feels great. I thought My Radflos felt nice but these Kings are ridiculously smooth.

Do your front tires clear the fender flares on compression?

Ha, no. I had ordered aftermarket oe fenders to cut as there are no fiberglass fenders available for the 5th gens. They were on back order for a month and I was refunded my money. I don't think I'm going to do the fiberglass route even if available.

With the great results marshal doing such a good job, I think I'm leaning towards cutting mine as well.

Some flex shots. Nothing too crazy. I'm pretty sure I could have gone a little further up the ramp but nobody was there to guide me incase the truck started tipping. Also started packing up for the FJNE Rausch Creek run.

Looking good. Definitely think +2 is the way to go. Can't wait to get all my LT!

I was thinking about the 3.5" but figured with the tight trails up here, it was going to be too wide for my liking. Looking forward to getting it out there come Wednesday. Can't wait to see how it works with the rear long travel.

Damn you and your posting pictures of your front end. Makes me want the kit now.

Think I might trim and roll the fenders instead of flares. Looks mean with the small amount out side of the fender.

Won a Powertank set up during the driver's raffle at the FJ Northeasters run down at Rausch Creek Off Road Park. Super stoked on that. Also got a couple soft shackles from Steve from Southeast Overland.

Photos are why LT is awesome.

I got a semi with that one. Lol

How bad is the rub stuffed like that?

LOL! I didn't really notice any rub what so ever. I need to adjust the limiting strap. I can get more down travel still. This front long travel now paired with the rear long travel is phenomenal.
