I have a Factor 55 Flatlink E for the winch line so there won't be any line exposure. Will also be getting the Expedition One washer bottle. For now, I'll be using the supplied cover for the stock washer bottle. Need to bend some hose lines out of the way. Skids and sliders will be going back on shortly.

Looks bad ass man :rockon: Now that LT really sticks out up there! Really changes the whole aesthetics of the truck! Damn i'm kinda sad now were not gonna be teammates at the NHOC

Any rubbing on that supplied washer cover? I think once I get my LT in I will probably relocate mine as well.

I'm thinking seriously about going with this bumper... Did you order it customized to get the round hoop for the grill guard or is that just the way they make them now?
Weight? Website says 110 to 125 (which is good for steel bumper).
Does it come with the DRLs? What lights fit in the other cutouts? Size?
I was holding out for aluminum, but this 5th gen is pig anyway and is never going to perform like I wish it would.

I did order it customized. I told them I wanted the traditional dom tube front hoop, not the flat plate. It's not as heavy as I was expecting. It felt like my winch was almost as heavy as the bumper lol. The bumper did come with the marker/drl lights. They're KC Highlights LED and are super bright. I need to add resistors to the wiring for them because they make the signals turn extremely fast. Pretty sure any cube light will fit in the fog housings.

No, it's correct. Although it is a bit tricky to pull up on the lever due to the space inside. As I had mentioned in my pictures, I made some cut outs in the grill cover piece and lower grill brace for easier access.
I love the bumper. Is the winch mount plate 1/4" or 3/16"? It looks pretty stout but hard to see details in the photos.

What up Chris! Should have come here before blowing you up on IG. Seeing your build makes me wanna go this route more over Demellos option. I know you had mentioned any cube lights would fit the fog cutouts, but would you be able to reuse and bolt the stock fogs in or is aftermarket the only option for now.

Not sure how long this will last but I wanted to close the hole in the grille cover for my winch access. Originally I was thinking about some type of hinge but went with some 3M velcro. Didn't exactly turn out the way I had envisioned but it should do for now. Also filed down the lower metal grille mount which I cut when installing the front bumper so I don't cut my hand/arm when reaching in.
