Cell Phone Charger & Accessory Fuse

I have a 97 SR5 & everytime I try to plug in a phone charger to my cigarette lighter outlet it blows my accessory fuse. I have tried 3 diffrent chargers (new) & same thing, I even tried a Higher amp fuse (20) & same thing .
Strange thing is when I plug in my garmin GPS using there adaptor it doesnt blow the fuse.
Has anyone had this problem with phone chargers & how do i fix this problem ?

What happens if you plug into the outlet in the rear deck? '97's have those, right?

There is no way a phone charger should blow a fuse, so I am led to suspect a problem in the outlet itself or its wiring. If things work in the back, I believe you could try swapping outlets. You might even discover the problem (loose wiring) in the course of doing that.

No there is no other outlet, lighter works fine & gps works too , but phone chargers will not work.
