Maybe I missed it but I couldn't find a cell phone holder mod in the forum that would work for me. Not a big fan of the a/c vent mounts and didn't want my phone down on the console either. So I got a little creative and came up with this articulating arm system. Been using it for about 3 weeks now and am pretty happy. Phone is comfortably in reach, doesn't interfere with the shifter (got rid of the stock shifter, where they came up with that design is beyond me) and I can see who's calling while driving as well as use the phone to make call. The Voice Dial in the JBL system is just way too slow for me. Also let's me select music from my Amazon Cloud Player and listen via Bluetooth, this is working better than I expected. The system though doesn't display any of the songs on the internal display. I can live without that as I can see it on my phone.

I do a lot of underwater photography and videography so went to my box of toys and found a 3 inch and 5 inch ULCS arm as well as 3 clamps. You can see the details of these products here under Arms and Clamps:
Ultralight Control Systems
ULCS is very nice equipment, not inexpensive but you get what you pay for in their business. You can buy their stuff online at places like Reef Photo & Video!, The Underwater Photo Pros or just stop by your local scuba shop and they can set you up.
RAM makes arms as well but I'm not too impressed with their design. I've never seen one in person but like my setup better. I could be way off base here, just my opinion. ULCS uses an o-ring in the middle of the ball on the arms, makes for a rock solid set when you crank it down.
I drilled 4 holes in the side of the console and just used SS metal screws to attach the base. Don't go too big on the drill size as this is pretty soft plastic. My son thought I was nuts drilling into my new ride but it's not the first time I've been called crazy. I did move the passenger seat all the way forward to make sure I had clearance in that position. Drill the holes and screw it on, done. I considered epoxy, drilling all the way through the tranny housing, etc. but so far this is working just fine. Here's some pics. Enjoy.
