Cheap Ebay UCA's

Any news on these rear links? I really need some new extended ones but I can not afford $400 for the uppers and $400 for the lowers that others are charging.
Thanks for any input.

I have not purchased these, I contacted the seller to ask if they would sell only the Panhard bar? Their response was simply "No", its unfortunate because they could probably make a crap ton of money selling them for around 100 a piece.

velomatt Ordered a set of the rear links, I don't know if he received them yet but he should be able to give you some more info on them.

They are scheduled to be here Friday. I hope to install them this weekend.

Can you give us a review on how the quality appears to be when you receive them?
Also if you off road I would love to get a review of them being trail tested.

Do you have a thread that talks about how much to length these over stock or how you can figure that out?

Defiitely following. I've read the write up from a while back when they still had the issues. Its reassuring to see they've fixed some of the issues. Keep us posted!

two broken Zerk fittings, are you kidding me?

I received them today. well packaged. They are beefy.
But two of the three damn Zerk fittings broke when I attached my grease gun to them! Cheap, cheap fittings. don't dare try the forth.

I sent them a nice little message.

This may be a bad Omen.

The zirk fittings are super cheap. ACE Hardware will have you hooked up. I replaced mine from there and they have been great.

So bushing sleeves are right length bow? Do you only need to replace zerk fittings? Sounds like a good deal to me $300 total for a decent quality product *not bad*

velomatt Sorry to hear about the broken zerk fitting hopefully the seller reimburses you part of the cost, they usually don't want to risk getting a bad review.
Are the welds good? Do they fit well and feel like an improvement over stock?

How do the heim joints feel?

Also a broken zerk fitting isn't a bad omen, they are really small pieces of metal. Heck with a lift your liable to break off the drive shaft one.

Sent them back...

Well I never installed them.
Here is why I returned them:
 • The powder coating was flaking off
 • The were the wrong size for the stock bolts
 • Zerks
 • They never provided any sort of install guide.

I'm sure if one wanted to buy larger bolts and drill out the stock bolt openings on the frame and axel they would work.
They claim its a bolt on upgrade 1-2 hours... Not hardly.

I'll Pass

So we just have to replace zerks? The bushing sleeves were fixed in the updated ones right? i just ordered these today. How about the Uniball itself? How's that holds up?

I bought these a couple weeks ago and they are sitting on my table. I am looking forward to seeing how they fit.
