Here is the dimensions for kit 8.3107: upper and lower control arm bushings (3127) OD 52.10mm, inside to inside flange 53.20mm, Overall 63.14, ID Sleeve 15.78mm: Rear track arm to diff. (7048) OD 41.39mm, Inside to inside flange 31.60mm, Overall 39.44, Id of bushing 24.03: Rear track bar to frame (7047) OD 35.40mm, Inside to inside flange 32.70mm, Overall 44.09mm, ID of sleeve 15.90mm.

Vinyl Floor

Thinking about doing the vinyl flooring option as part of a soundproofing project. Noticed you've had it change size/shape on you--is that just settling, or do you think it has straight up shrunk?

Been looking at these guys. Is that who you went with, or was it a different place?

I got a hood! It cost me a whole $39. Yes, it will fit flat in the back if the seats are folded down. Sorry for the bad pictures I will be sanding it and painting it satin black!

Yeah, I would love to go as a group sometime. Yours would have no problem haha. I'm still in the exploring stage out there. Last time I forgot my map book so we just went on that one trail. Once I get my CB antenna installed and I have some time, I'll see what we can do.

Yesterday, I went out to Campbell road (south of MJ) to check out what was there. I'm not sure if there's anything but mud pits haha.

So I have a lot of updates...

I'm building a custom front bumper under the sheet metal goes. I also have some black aluminum mesh to protect the radiator.



My 2WD low switch failed and I had to do this to have 4WD again. lol

I also got my 5lb. Amerex Fire Extinguisher and my 2' firestik and fender channel mount.

Here's the awesomeness! I will probably be putting them on Tuesday (my birthday).

I also got some new bolts from the Yota dealer.


They cost me $180 with shipping.

Well, we got the bushings on. They ride so good! No more clunking and less bouncing around! They were a huge pain to put on, but the fit perfectly. I didn't get many pictures because my hands were always dirty..

I did get some good measurements though! I also painted the links with some Rustoleum to help them last longer.

Most of the old rubber. The curled metal ring is one of the sleeves we had to cut out. That took up the majority of the time.


The whole project took us 3 days, but we weren't constantly working on it and included the time for the paint to dry.

Nice work! $180 seems like a lot, but considering how much those upper dog bones alone cost perhaps it is not so much after all.

It does seem like a lot, but if they last like they're supposed to, they were really worth it. I still can't believe how good it rides!

So tonight, i discovered where my other clunking sound was coming from......

After 10 months of ownership, I finally found that the transmission was not bolted to the cross member. :frusty: Smithville tire and service does about the worst work I have ever seen...




I promptly stuck some bolts in. I haven't driven it yet, but I will tomorrow. I'm sure it will make a huge difference.

I actually haven't. I have the mount sitting in the basement, but I can't find a good place for it. I just have it tucked in between my toolbox and the wheel well for now.
