they are the 1/4" spacers on the toytec site. i dont remember how muh they lift as i haven uses these since my last pos icon suspension.

should be fine i used these with stock strut upper mounts when i was on my OME/tokico setup.

what bout with the LC coil / tundra setup? I've read I would need top hat spacers but didn't see what height I would need with that or if I would in fact still need them if I was doing a 1/2" BL as well

doesnt matter on the spring setup since your trying to level it. 1/4 is what most use. anything after that your trying to use the spacer as the main lift.
