Color Changing Halo's?

I saw on the forum one of the guys is running halos on is 4th gen. I cant remember his username, but he is from Uzbekistan and has an all black t4r. Hes also running blue halos. On Lightwerkz.com they claim to be selling color changing halos for an 09 t4r. Im just wondering if they are legit. Also, they are advertising his pictures, so if you're out there, please answer.
