Cooling fan exploding

In my 1993 4 runner I have a problem with the fan exploding. I have replaced everything in the fan system like the fan clutch, idler assembly, and the pulleys. When I start the car the fan is still wobbly. I have gone through 4 fans are there any suggestions on what the problem is?

What motor? On the 22re the fan sits on the water pump...

On a 6 cylinder 3L it does not sit on the water pump.

No way of tightening it? If not I think something is missing when it was put back together like a washer or bearing (I have never delt with the fan before and I am to lazy to pull my FSM out).

If anything, swap to a electric fan and run a wire too a cabin switch to turn on and off the fan manually. Just got to remember to turn it on when you drive...

I had my fan explode once that was enough. Are you buying new fans or used? I'd hate to see what your rad and shroud and hood look like pictures?

I am buying new fans but the damage is mostly to the fan my radiator is torn up a little.

The clutch the fan or the idler are the only possible things
