Cooper Cobra GT's

Hi everyone. I'm looking for tires and wanted to get some opinions. Anyone had any experience with Cooper Cobra Radial GT's? I had a set of these on a 2nd gen 2WD 4runner and they were great. Thinking of putting them on my 3rd gen 2WD.

235/70-15 Cooper Tires

I've only found the stock tire size listed as 225/75/15 and 265/65/15 as an alternate. I used the tire calculator and the 235/70/15 seems to be a closer match to stock. I'm thinking they will fit fine.

So can anyone tell me why 235/70/15 is not listed as an alternate size, or any reason it should not be used as a replacement size?

You can put on whatever size you like, friend--just try to keep the overall HEIGHT the same (or very close) if you don't want to affect your power and your speedo/odom reading. There's probably a gap in sizes because the jump in gearing necessary from the factory passes over that middle size--there are only so many ratios to choose from.
