also, instead of standing on the rotor you can use the bottle jack that comes with the vehicle to push the control arm down. Put it inbetween the top of the fender and the upper control arm. I have a pic in my sway away coilover intall if you search it. It worked pretty well, and you can do it alone if you don't have a helper. Good work on the cornfed install.

Well since I'm going on a 6k road trip and can't get the spacers (backorder) I went head and got the alignment completed the morning.
I'm going to pickup the truck this afternoon, but they are telling me they can't get it back to spec. The guy on the phone wasn't helpful and said I would need to speak with the tech to fully understand the situation.

Anyone else experience this?

I'll should know more later today/tonight went I go pick it up.

Alight gentlemen, I have completed my alignment and found out the info needed. My camber and caster were off, so they picked the lesser of the two evils and aligned the caster and left my camber slightly off.

I've attached jpeg of the graphic below.

Before you stare at it and start thinking I aligned the right side during the lift myself (I initially thought it and asked the tech) he messed up on the program to print this off and forgot to save the right side to the graphic. By the time he realized it, it was too late to put the truck out of alignment.
So when I talked to him he said the right side was all red initially as well as the left.

So the question is how "normal" am I compared to the other 3/2 cornfed lifts out there. Anyone else have specs?

I've never seen such a detailed alignment... Where'd you go and how much did it cost? Sounds like someone you can trust instead of the usual joints that just charge you and sit you in a room.

Some of you might be shocked, but it was the dealer. I talked to a couple people up here in Northern Colorado and they all told me to take any of the newer Toyota models to the dealer (Pedersen). They said there are a couple other places that would do it (like Big O) but no one would be able to do a stellar job. It was $89 bucks and since I didn't get it priced anywhere else I figure its a decent deal.

The dealer also drove me home after I dropped it off (20 min drive each way) and came and picked me up when it was ready which was very helpful with everything else I had going on today.

The only thing was I wished they would have thrown in a car wash. You really can't tell what color I have with all the mud on it right now and being 15 degree outsides I'm surely not getting my hands wet.

There's a friend of the family who works there as a dealer. It's where I bought my car, and where we have bought two other toyotas. I've loved their support and non-pushy attitude. I stopped going there when I called for my 5k service and got a quote of $95.
