Need more info...what kind of tint film, what kind of warranty do they offer, etc..it might not be such a terrible price if you're getting a top notch film installed by skilled technicians with a lifetime warranty to back it up.
Personally, I would be shopping based on word of mouth experiences rather than price alone. Getting a great price on a crappy install that's going to fade in one year would make me sad
Keep in mind tint pricing varies greatly by region, I would try asking around other local shops and judging based on that.
Just for reference though, last car I had tinted was a CRV, and it ran me ~200 bucks all around, but the tint film is not the best and faded after about 3-4 years.

I paid right around $100 to have the front two and a strip across the windshield. I ended up going with the FormulaOne Pinnacle Series tint. I could have done a cheaper tint, but opted for something a little better.
Maybe someone around you will chime in with a shop to check out and get another quote to compare with.

Cost of the tint itself varies like you wouldn't believe. Just did my daughter's tiny but very glassy car, 4 doors, hatchback and a couple of small weird windows. $150 for pretty good quality, lifetime warranty. Same shop $450 for ceramic tint. Same shop also had lesser stuff that he would do for $100 but shop owner said to do the $150 and get the lifetime warranty. I agreed. The $100 stuff had only a 3 year warranty.
In any event, I think it's worth paying someone to do. It isn't that hard but can get frustrating and in the end, the pros do a much better job than do-it-yourselfers.

FWIW, paid $80 for 50% on the front 2 windows (annoyingly still illegal here in Kalifornia), but it is quality tint (I will have to scrounge to get the brand) that I have done on my T4R and my wife's Murano before that. Hers was 5 years ago and still looking awesome, just don't windex it!

Check groupon too.. Thats how I tinted my other car, I got a groupon for half off.

$65.00 for the 2 fronts. 3M 20% tint. Seems to be the going rate around South Florida.
Check out "Shades of Gray" they are located in Feasterville, PA. They carry Llumar tint including the Air Blue version. I got my two front sides tinted at 35% (should have gone a little darker) and my front windshield with the Air Blue 70%.
The two sides cost me $80 a few years back. (cash only if i recall) I called them recently for another quote and the pricing stayed the same.
They are highly recommended on many forums for people in that area.

+1 on FormulaOne Pinnacle Series. I'm not sure if it's just our local dealer, but when we called they pulled our account and noticed that we were repeat customers (3 other vehicles in the past). They gave us the pricing from our install in 2004 (can't remember the exact price) without asking. They also picked up the 4R while I was at work and brought it back for convenience.
