Craigslist find

Thought I had a good find out in Georgia. Started texting the guy and the price he has listed as to what he says is totally different. No problem easy to type a 6 from a 3.
Then he started going on about how low of a mileage the truck is but it's way off from the listing.
So I ask him to take undercarriage pics and he refuses to because the truck doesn't have to a lift BUT to trust him on it being clean.

No thanks. Not driving 6 hours for a possible 1 way trip to my death or a possible flake.

No you are not. I agree. I would rather have an auto, unless we are talking about a high performance sports car, then it depends.
In traffic auto's are so much better. I am also to the point where I would rather wheel an auto. There are times when you have to work the clutch and brakes while still keeping the gas on so you don't kill it. One of my buddies put in a thumb throttle on his rig, and it is cool, but an auto is just so much easier.

EXACTLY!!!! WAY over priced. Matter of fact I maybe picking up an 01 4x4 in the next couple of days from Atl.
 
maybe since most of you guys do slow crawling you don't really see the bright side to a manual. i'm in Florida, and there's nothing like a manual tranny for mud. if you get stuck there's no R-D-R-D-R-D, all you do is step on the clutch and let off easy to get the truck rolling back and forth and get out lol. its crazy how varied vehicles can be depending on their intended use.

Yeap as you smoke the clutch up and then have to replace it. When we get stuck in mud we get the winch out. LOL.
