Curious...how many people have lifted but kept the stock dunlops on?

Just wondering how many people have done a lift but have kept the stock dunlops on... and why?

if you have different tires now...what is the size and company/model? and do you mostly street drive or off road.

Did a search but didn't find anything like this....want to see what people are running on there lifted 4runners to help aid in my next mod.

I did the Daystar spacer lift and ran with my Dunlops for about 20,000m. I changed to 275x70x17 MTR's because I wanted something more aggressive for offroading. Personally I didn't think the Dunlops looked stange with the 2.5" lift. Maybe with 3"?

I also did the Daystar lift and still have the Dunlops. Although I want a little larger tire, I can't get myself to throw away the Dunlops with only 9000miles on them.

Did you need to do any triming to avoid rubbing with the 275?

I have changed Dunlops to 265/70R17 Revos first, and then installed Cornfed Lift. Before the lift the truck was looked a little bit strange with big Revos, now it's more proportional.
