Anyone heard of Cylinder Heads International? I'm having some real bad ticking and valve noise going on and instead of spending $1000-2000 rebuilding my heads, I found this place TOYOTA HEAD

For $325 you are getting a rebuilt head. What does that mean ...? It really depends on who you buy it from.
Just an FYI that for a small bit more you could buy a complete aftermarket head by JE (a Japanese company) that sells the only complete aftermarket head kit I know of for our V6 engines.
The shop I go to in San Diego is pretty insistent that these JE heads are far superior to aftermarket rebuilt heads because you are getting an entire new Japanese precision engineered head. Instead of a head that has been individually repaired these heads are precision engineered in Japan and mass produced for export around the world. They also cover their warranty and refund the shop for parts & labor if there is a failure. The shop guys says he hasn't had any issues with them.
I have them on my truck and its been 25k miles and no problems yet.

Thanks for the info! However I was just looking at some reviews (Japan Engine Inc - San Leandro, CA | Yelp & Google reviews) and was a little surprised. I even read the owners are straight from China. So a Chinese run Japanese engine shop doesn't make sense. Does anyone else have experience with them or know of any other options?

All I can say it's mine are going strong and the shop that did mine says they do several a month with no problem. The guy builds trucks for Baja scene down here in socal!
Keep in mind that the shop would make more profit by selling a complete rebuild for $3-4k .... In fact that is what 9/10 shops will sell you.
