dash switches ? Im new

AC 115 Where is that and what ,4 wheel 2 frt turned wheels , zig zags at back wheels / Off , RSCA / Off , The DAC I know what it is had it on BMW , but does it only work in 4 wheel drive? I tried Sunday after Church on hill nothing happened .

No manual came tith this 2008 Urban runner 4x4 .

I'm fixing to order the 2 pieces to add the jbl type radio sub in back , "NEW WOW " 600.00 plus, But I guess thats all you can do to have the back space stock . I tried search on junk yards no luck. I assume all dealers are same price pretty much ?

Go to the Toyota Owners website and register. You can download the manual there that should explain pretty much all of your questions.

I'll add two things:

1. If you have the 115V switch to the left of your steering wheel then the outlet will be in the center console at the bottom towards the front.

2. If you're trying to add the subwoofer I'd look for a used JBL sub enclosure here in the classifieds or Ebay. Shouldn't be too hard to come by. The reason I suggest this is because the stock JBL sub really isn't that great and you can do a lot better aftermarket. Now the panel is another story and you'll probably have to get that from the dealer. Here are a couple of stereo threads you should read:

I was about call the search police but since you 4runner came with no manual I'll humour you.

AC 115: turns on the 115VAC outlet that in your center console
4 wheels...: locks/unlocked the center differential.
zig-zag: Turns off VSC
RSCA: Turns of the Roll Sensing Curtain Airbags.

DAC only works in 4lo.

Your JBL questions confuses me, I thought UrbanRunners came with JBL so what "2 peices" are you talking about?

Besides the AC, the rest I think are meant for off-road use or if you ever get stuck in mud/snow, etc.

I like the idea to use my panel as you just showed .

Ill first search black box . Do i need to stay 2008 year model.

This urban did not have JBL system.

If you buy the black box new part of cost, speaker comes with it , which I want to replace , thats a waste but they say it comes that way only.

You can use the JBL enclosure from any 4th generation 4Runner (2003-2009). I would be patient and not buy one from the dealer. Here's a link to a used one on Ebay:

I think that's a little high. If you're patient I think you could find one for more like $100 either on Ebay or here in the classifieds. Then you'll just have to decide if you want to pay the dealer $350 for a JBL trim panel or if you want to modify your existing panel like the link I posted above.

The e-bay one also has the mount ear broke off , Ill watch e-bay . I cked classified say none but listed that I need one as a tread w/ cell #.

JL Audio seem to work exceptionally well in small enclosures like that..
