They will be similar but not exact.

The link just takes you to his website. He does not make any 3rd Gen specific items as of now, this will be kicking off the product line. Once pictures are available, they will be posted. Just trying to gauge interest at this point.

I've been working with Mobtown Offroad to get some roof racks that fit 3rd Gen (1996-2002) 4Runners.

Group Buy Base Price: $549
Powdercoat: $100

Shipping: In Discussion

Minimum 10 participants needed.

Lead time: At least 10-12 weeks
Mobtown is working on putting one together and pictures will be posted once completed.
Here is what I modeled up today.

It'll bolt into the factory track rail using square plate steel with a tapped hole in it for a 5/16" security screw button head bolt in stainless steel. Feet will have a small slot side to side in case track is ever so slightly different on each truck.

The little tabs all over the place are to hang ditch lights or light bars on the underside so they don't interfere with anything you have on the top of the basket.

I am thinking the standard basket will not have them, then it'll be a price per tab to add. I will have to think how I set up on my website to order them. My thoughts were corners or add them to use light bars so I would need the customer to specify the dimension center to center. It'll be big enough to hold 30" bars front and rear and 50" bars on the sides but I can space them to fit whatever size light bar you want.

Weight of product will be less than 50 lbs. Outer hoop will be 1" diameter steel, internal bars are 1" square steel. Overall dimensions are 43" wide x 84" long.

Opening at the front will be for sunroofs.

I am still trying to think how I plan to ship them due to their overall size. Ideally by ground in a box to your front door but I have little faith in this seeings as FedEx and UPS destroys are small products, let alone this. So it may ship in a full crate by truck to a terminal close to you for local pickup.

It'll also be fully TIG welded to bring the sexy back. Material is too small and thin to do an attractive MIG weld.
