I went away from a Trail and am getting a Limited. However, on Friday I was at Stapp Interstate Toyota and they have a black TE with entune/nav. Very nice indeed. They may even have had two.
If you want the guy's name I was starting to work with there, PM me and I'll give you his name. Very low key guy who is one of the internet sales managers there I think.

Well I am debating between black and metallic grey. It will be June before I can make it up there. I start a 5 day rifle course tomorrow and will be booked for a couple weeks after that. They had several TE's in stock though. Regardless of color I will be getting the leather installed for sure as soon as I get it back to Tulsa.

I have a great guy I recommend. Joe Hair at Integrity Customs. He does the leather stuff all the time. He deals with the catskinz line. That's who is doing mine.

If you guys ever need a little help putting eyes-on one of the things for you, etc., let me know...happy to go in and take a look if there's anything you'd need help with. Though not sure what that would be in these days of hi-res video in a flash.
Hey, maybe THIS is why I couldn't find a TE back when I was looking...all you guys from OK and TX coming up here snatching em up! Ha.
BTW Steve - Your course looks excellent. My son heads to GA in Sept. under his 18X program optoion heading for Special Forces. He has taken some courses that sound like some of yours but he was not always impressed as I recall.

Thanks. 18x is a good program. As long as he keeps his head strong and his ears open he will make it. I hope to make it up in June to pick a TE up. The wait is killing me.

Why? Bad service,sales?
I've always had my 4Runner serviced their with things I couldn't handle and they always treated me well and didn't seem like rip off artists as much as dealers are perceived. I was over at Stevinson pricing OEM red coolant and they wanted $34 for a gallon and Groove (formerly Burt) Toyota was selling the same for $18 and even a rear wiper was nearly double at Stevenson and at Groove it was $12.
