In the original thread WM posted first to address concerns by forum members and was already an existing member. Remained silent actually for a quite a while, but to relieve tension and clear the air he responded.
Gobi than tried to rebuttal, but than fell on its face. Again I didn't force this to occur they did it to themselves.
The series of events are plain as day in the original thread. And of course this doesn't include the account of gobi employee(lying about being just a random member of the public), and the two other individuals chiming in who have an invested interest with the company.
As for requesting for evidence, again the thread is 32 pages......I will let you do your own research so I don't have to keep re-referencing posts. :ranger:

I do apologize WM did make a comment in this thread. And I did edit before your post as it seems my initial wording was a little too crass. Yet again no correlation of dogging on Gobi, and yet again you dismissing everything Gobi was proven wrong at, your affiliation with Gobi.
So my mistake in that matter but I do not see how him speaking has anything with you be called out as a wholesaler. Again the random jumping of thoughts do make this thread hard to follow and clutter. And as now been stated several times about waiting for legal action you want to keep perpetuating a circular argument completely dismissing all the facts on the table.

You have for the past several post been blatantly asking for reference to the old thread for proof, and than switch to this thread? If you are going to debate a series of events, you need to have a clear path of discussion or you can't expect others to follow your mindset when you jump back and forth, ignore other posts, and than call anyone that debates you annoying and argumentative. All I have repeatedly said is wait for legal ruling, prove their actions on the forum were justified, prove the thread was deleted in preference of them, prove they didn't threaten to shut the thread down, prove that after that action didn't work the owner tried sparking the thread, prove the people in favor are not affiliated with Gobi, prove that when met with a rebutall those individuals ask to reference the post for proof. You have mindlessly danced around the initial topic to a great extent to Again try and insight a thread(s) to get locked or deleted for betterment of yourself.

For you to now pick at edits, because you have been called out by multiple members. And once stumped by one you just move to the next doesn't help either.

I mentioned this before and why you don't seem to believe me is beyond me..

I alone closed the thread and my actions we're done without contact from GOBI. I have had no personal contact with GOBI employees nor have I had any conversation with them. I've only been sent reports and messages from members of other members behaviors which resulted in my personal decision to close the thread. I've already explained and apologized for my quick judgement on this. My actions were simply made for no other reason than the well being of the forum and it's status of a family oriented site. When I realized how critical the thread was to some of you I agreed for a clean up and to restore the thread. Like mentioned before, I don't feel there is anything wrong with the thread provided the rule breaking be removed, which it was.

So, just to reiterate.. They did not threaten to have the thread closed nor was it removed in preference of them. If the thread was threatened I would love to be shown proof as I was unaware of it.

As for the rest of your questions, I do not obtain any further information to be able to answer them.

They threatened to close the original thread as CoB reported?! What are you referencing? Why you want to again disregard the facts that presented them self, only to come in and blindly post I don't understand.

Not going to CC or mention your ironmaiden in reference to banter as I have proven several times him to be incompetent in discussion and again no need to agitate this forum. You only counter me? Also not wound up, as previously stated just going to point out if anyone wants to debate to thoroughly read the thread, before trying to post again here what has previously already been proven in the original thread. To circumnavigate everything that thread produced and try to start arguing here without the facts, and proper series of events, just makes it look like 2 threads will have to be cleaned up, as individuals keep trying to fill them up with nonsense. So again if we want to wait until the court ruling, fine. If people want to discuss further I would recommend not starting with fallacies, answering the outstanding questions still that are being ignored. And prefer that the personal attacks and swearing be kept to a minimum. For these actions were taken against me without any recourse it is why I stated you were just countering me and not sticking to what was initially said about conduct and rules of the forum.

Except it was proven in the previous thread that this action had occurred by GOBI as their representative was looking for the website owner in regards to that original thread. Once that avenue didn't work, they resorted to making an account and getting into the conversation, once that avenue didn't work they started relying on sponsors and whole sellers to argue on their behalf(which clearly as well hasn't worked). I never once mentioned GOBI closing the thread I said they tried? You just pulled the trigger instead. And usually as a mod I thought you acted as a group, just like undeleting the initial thread and locking of it was a group moderator decision and not someone acted on their own. But again what would I know, all I have is just an opinion. . .and facts. . and data. . and proof of everything that occurred in that thread is clear as a day. For you to again negate all this, disregard the forum rules that particular members have violated and to keep posting doesn't actually side well with your opinion. You just further promote the consistency of supporters who keep trying to debate, but trip over your own argument when questioned with legitimacy and facts.

Gents, I got a call just now, about this thread.

Gobi is now actively attempting to shut this T4R thread down. They're trying to get hold of the site owner to force him to remove it.

This thread was started by a completely unaffiliated member and I do not find it necessary to shut it down. Some good discussions and relevant points have been made here so far. Genuine opinions, thoughts, and concerns are integral for a good thread.

That also happened to be one of the questions I repeatedly asked Paul, without calling him names, that he dodged and never answered.

This is of no importance, they will continue to pick and choose what they want to refute and dismiss anything that doesn't support their stance. I haven't been biased just simply asked anyone with a stance to support that. And like previously now I'm called the wound up, and annoying guy. I find it annoying people posting without thoroughly reading the thread and repeating points that have already been proven false or not justified.
