And with your response you seem to ignore all my previous questions and then resort to bringing up other things not correlated with this thread or the previously closed thread. Or how about the fact that a particular mod deleted the thread in its entirety first, which is what started this. No matter how you cut it the back pedaling and covering up for GOBI seems to keep trying to creep it's way back into this forum.

One account was fake, Amanda which was petty lame but just a non management employee trying to stick up for them, they really are a small company. The other account was Paul, an owner who said who he was.
What were the other fake accounts?

I do apologize. There was one fake account, and then the owner who came in, but then exited when met with real questions. Find it humorous people keep dismissing that fact as well of an employee lying who they are to guide the thread. Again not to mention the other people who negated all their actions to say the company is a really small and honest company. They lost that appearance with their actions.
I also feel like you are posting without reading the updated thread as there was no deflection? Also your question makes no sense, but if I was to try and understand what you are asking I would refute That they patented "A" DESIGN, not a style, huge difference. Refer to the patent for more info and the differentiation between the two. So again instead of perpetuating the rant, as I previously STATED why don't we wait until we see what happens in court. You again trying to blatantly dismiss facts from both threads and cause more confusion then clarification in this thread doesn't solve anything.
No deflection here just staying on topic as originally discussed and the revitalization(for lack of better term) of this thread is soley in effort to push into GOBI favor of getting a public forum thread pulled.

Thank you. Paul was trying to answer and then called an azzhole by one of the members here, that's why he left, he said that himself and promptly left, I don't blame him.

That's where you are incorrect and he started to pick and choose questions to answer, jumped over several questions which were posted first, and answered others. Than backed out. So again not how the thread occured sequentially.
Also please quit trying to put swear words or close enough similar words to again flag this thread.
So just to reitterate the original thread was deleted. This was created. The original thread was undeleted and locked as admittedly was preemptive and not showing the series of events that lead to this. This thread was dormant and than Miller known to be sponsored by GOBI posts a chaotic storm of a posts to rile up this thread.
Everyone was content with waiting to see what happens in the legal system, yet this undermining methodology of trying to spark threads to cause negativity in the forum to get it closed is an elementary tactic.

I agree when it comes to the case, but can't agree about being silent that there is a case to begin with. Legally, we wait to see, but it is fair to express our disgust in the fact there is even a case to discuss.

Now Im not calling GOBI evil but the idea still applies and no I won't be quiet and wait, and yes I want GOBI to hear our displeasure, so by some shed of decency they will drop it. Their actions of using a broken patent system in this way not only kills innovation but use for personal gain is immoral.

Because in proper review of the thread "Paul" posted his introduction #163. I actually couldn't find anyone calling him names following this introduction. The only person who inferred it was the "anonymous" non-affiliated whohastime. . . . . So he was trying to respond, but someone called him a name after is NOT true.
All that ensued was just a few questions of clarification and "Paul" seemed to jump around about which questions to answer. Than when questions were reposted for the possibility he missed them the first time they were skipped over again? When asked for justification/logical/reasonable response he than bowed out.
Again the thread is there I will let you go through all 32 pages if you want, but to try and negate everything that occurred and to try and rehash and dilute this thread with basic arguments that have already been discussed is not worthwhile.
And it for that reason that you partially take events and try to repurpose them to your favor that your discussion on this thread is not productive but exactly the opposite.

I prefer my own grill as well. You would think since i am in Alabama i would prefer Alabama style BBQ. Actually i like a little bit of everything: Memphis style, North Carolina style, South Carolina style, Kansas City style and even Central Texas style. The thing about those different styles is there are within each style there are hundreds of variations. Same with "Gobi Style".....yes, there is a "Gobi style" but that doesn't mean Gobi exact. There are hundreds of variations that can happen with a rack so that they aren't copies. Just like a style of BBQ....:wink2:

Agenda? You are a GOBI reseller. Do legitimate random people(public) who stumble across these threads not see it as ironic that the only people sticking up for this company and negating the evidence and actions of the company are in some way affiliated with the actual company. And continue to try and push for thread closures/deletions. :loco:
And have now noticed like history has proven, when confronted with real questions you seem to move on and target another member to "debate" with.
