In fact, it's darn near perfect.

I just returned from a 900 mile trip where I did my best to run 70-80 all the way. This includes some pretty steep long hills. Anybody familiar with U.S 27 between Columbus and Colquitt, GA will know of what I speak. And although the fairly frequent downshifting was a little annoying at times, you couldn't make this thing vary so much as one mph either way off the setting. Uphill, downhill, flat-it doesn't matter. After reading all the CC complaints I was really surprised.

Did they get this fixed for 2016? Hey, maybe it was the 20" wheels and tires!

Do you have stock tires? Mine was okay with OEM tires at reasonable speeds. With 285s.... not so much. Towing a trailer - not so much. I can't argue too much with the cruise after making a bunch of changes. I'd love to be able to re-map it, but that's not really an option.

I used my cruise control for about 90 miles over the weekend from Joshua Tree back to LA. It worked great. Found a sweet spot at 70 and never thought too much about it.

Everything is dead stock. Had about 1100. miles on the clock when I left the house. Wasn't towing anything but had about 500 lbs. of humans aboard plus a full luggage area behind the second row.

I should also mention that even at those speeds and the aforementioned hills it returned a flat 20 mpg overall.

All kidding aside, I don't understand the hate for the 20s on the Limited. Maybe if you were going to spend more time in the dirt than on the pavement they aren't a good thing, I don't know. But they sure perform great for me and look good too IMO.
