What a beautiful baby! Congratulations to you and your Wife, Jeremiah!!! You guys got the best Christmas present of your lives this year, didn't you?

Anneliese is a nice name, too. The best advice I can give you right now is to cherish every moment of the "baby days" because she is going to grow faster than you'll ever believe. Ours is already standing (with a little help), rolling over, sitting, talking (baby noises), smiling & giggling, playing with toys... it's crazy.

Just a funny BTW, we have that same swing that you guys have there... the "snugga-bunny" model. That looks like a swing at least, maybe it's the bouncer. If you don't already have one, buy a swing. They're so helpful in getting a baby to sleep when they're real little.

Thanks Nick! We were released from the hospital on Christmas day, it was a blue bird day right after a snow storm; best Christmas present ever!

Haha, the "Snugga-Bunny"! We were registering for the baby shower and we needed a basinet, I saw the "Snugga-Bunny" and had to have it for her. We have a swing, but she doesn't know what to think of it yet.

lol ! Don't worry, I'll still be around. She is going to slow things down a little, but at this point that's a good thing. The 4Runner is pretty much built, and now I get to use it for what I built it for, taking the family out wheeling and camping!

Nice! I gotta get me a GoPro...

They are great! My friend found an old ski pole, cut it down to around three feet, and installed his GoPro on a handle bar / seat post mount. It's nice because you don't have to miss the action while your looking though the view finder, just turn it on and aim it in the general direction.

Having a birthday around Christmas can be pretty awesome too, as even when Anneliese grows up, she'll be home to visit her mom and dad for Christmas AND her birthday. My parents and myself always seem to appreciate that despite the distance that we live apart. It's like a double-whamie! haha Super happy for you man!

Oh and dont abandon us either. We're like your 4Runner children who constantly look up to your build and skills. haha

Congrats, she's beautiful. It's funny that most of the time the wife will go into labor right after you left. I was with my Fiance for a week straight in the hospital and the one day I leave to work she goes into labor. As BFAD said, it flies by. My daughter is 2 now and it blows my mind. Although she chooses my 4unner over my Fiance's Jeep, win for me.

Are you going to make it out to the Tacoma Moab meet? I know last year you mentioned you didn't like all the crowds, but I'd be awesome to see you 4runner out there.

Don’t worry; I’m not going anywhere! Things are slowing down on the 4Runner a little, but I started a thread in the general section about the trailer that should hold you over for a while. I still have a list of things I want to complete on the 4Runner, but the trailer needs more attention right now.

Haha, it’s going to be a 1st Gen Toyota pick up! Two buckets seats, big ass bumpers, and a top speed of 55 mph. She would get into too much trouble in this rig!

Maybe? Mainly it depends on my work and baby schedule, I saw the thread that Jim started. I guess it also depends on how many people from this site are going make it out to Moab. There is a bunch of people that I would really like to meet in person that commented in that thread!

I have a few questions about the event, so I’ll post in the Moab thread when I get some time.

My buddy is still working on the full-length movie that has footage of Hell Revenge (w/ Hells Gate) and Poison Spider, Golden Spike, Gold Bar Rim. I can’t wait to see what he does with all the footage!

We’ll see about Moab, I would love to make it out there if I can. The time frame might be pushing it with the baby, and mom going back to work soon. Even if I could get out there for a couple days it would be worth the trip. We’ll see, and I’ll keep you updated.

You will love Moab it’s an amazing place, there’s just not enough time to hit all the trails and take in all the sights you want on one trip.
