Disable JBL sub woofer

I just installed a new external amp and sub in my 05 4Runner sport edition with JBL senthesis system and I would like to disable the factory sub because it is blown and rattles a lot. Is there a wire I can snip for the time being until I can replace the sub? Underneath the rear right side door there is a group of wires running in the trim at the bottom. I'm assuming there is a wire in there that I can simply cut and disable the signal to that sub. If anyone knows the color of that wire or wires please let me know! Thanks!
