Disconnecting Daytime Running Lights

Success! So a little more research and I found a thread that was an easy solution to disable my DRL's. Instead of replacing one expensive relay with another, I followed the step by step instructions posted on a tread on yodatech.com: 2004 4Runner: DRL Disable With On/Off Capability - YotaTech Forums, and it worked like a charm. I didn't go as far as using a switch for them, but just cutting the green/red wire at pin 12.
So the only exercise the bulbs will get is when I flip on the turn signals. Oh and good luck to the folks prone to seizures during daytime driving.
