No, I don't think so. Would be easy to tell though, just set the LSC all the way up or down and turn the HSC and see if there's any difference. I'm pretty sure there's not.

Yeah, it doesn't count. You'd still adjust the LSC as needed. Just verified.

You can use the Prado 150 settings that are listed in the pamphlet that comes with it and then adjust from there. Or start fully open on all settings and tighten up until you like it

I don't think there will be too many longer term reviews so far, since they come out earlier this year.
I've had them on my 4Runner since January with no issues at all, and have probably put at least 10,000 miles on it since then

I know a lot of Dobinsons coils are sold out right now, but there's a price increase next week, October 1st, on all coils!! Any orders placed until then, even if they're on backorder, will still get the current pricing.

Has anyone hand measured the body and the shaft of the MRA shocks?
I have a hard time understanding why Fox 2.5 for 0-1.5" lift and MRA for 0-3" lift have the same published extended length of 24".
The Icon 2.0 has a published length of 24.5 but I measure it 24 and it is for 1-3" lift. It really does provide a lot of down travel with a 1" spring.
Stock is 22" hand measured.
So someone is over or undershooting their numbers.
Even better, please post your rear down travel with the MRA and let us know what spring you have.

wouldnt the 0-3" shock require taller bump stops to avoid blowing it out at full compression if youre running 0 lift lol.
fox always does that 0-1.5", i wonder if they just don't change it from vehicle to vehicle or if they didn't test them on taller springs.
i have fox 2.0's sitting in the garage from when i replaced them with kings, i can measure those today if youre interested

Based on other dobinson shocks, id say 18mm is the shaft size for the 4runner/56mm body. The 22mm size is for the 66mm shock body.

So the shaft hardness seems to be in the ballpark of King, which is half that of Fox 2.5. However, the boot should prevent any issues caused by pitting. My Icon 2.0 with boots saw tons of rocks thrown at them but the shafts are fine. Bottom of boot left loose to allow crap out.
As for the valving, Dobinsons are the only ones to actually offer graphs, which is awesome.

So, if I am reading this correctly, the LSC compression can be set at anywhere from mildly progressive (boat) to really digressive at the start (sports car). This should allow for really good handling and cornering when needed but also lots of comfort when desired.
The high speed adjustment is progressive before it becomes linear. So this is very important for offroad comfort over choppy terrain. Keeping it open while moving more slowly to minimize shaft speeds should make for a comfy ride. Stiffening all the way, otoh, should allow twice the resistance so suitable for higher speeds over embedded rock and fist sized rocks.
The rebound adjustments can be very useful on washboard.
Basically, Dobinsons offers more adjustability than Fox 2.5 DSC at a much lower price point and obliterates the King/Icon/Radflo adjusters which are for fine tuning only because they are mid-range adjusters known not to adjust much of anything (even Ben at Filthy Motorsports acknowledges as much about the Kings).
Beyond that, the adjusters, even if not used, provide a secondary valving so still a benefit over just resi.
Above the MRA would be only the bypass options, when it comes to the shocks' ability to be great at nearly everything.
