door panel removal directions?

I can only find pre-2010 instructions as I search. I have a 2011 and need to get the passenger front door panel off. There seems to be a connection around the armrest that I can't identify. I took out the screw behind the door release level and the other obvious screw.

thank you...i actually found the other obvious screw i didn't originally see. mirror all replaced and door back together. now i need to figure out how to get the color matched mirror housing off the old mirror so i can put on the new.

well, what are you gonna put in the doors once you get the door panels off???? com'on man.
