Dumb Question: How do I add a pic to my user name?

Yes guys, after all these years, I have decided to add a photo to my profile. I have no freaking idea how to do it. I looked all over the place on my page and can't find an answer. Any help would be appreciated!

in your user cp there should be an option on the side for "edit avatar", then you need to get one thats small enough. It will say in there the size it needs to be and you can upload it from your computer.
