Didn't get a reply, but this worked perfectly. Just get the drop-in trim piece from the Limited and it drops right in. I used the switch spots for aftermarket lights, but I imagine long as the switch fits, it would work just fine.

Which ones did you get and how are they in the cold? I want to replace mine but want to get a good pair living in canada and getting cold temps. Ive hit my head too many times this winter alone lol.

It's been in the 30's here in colorado and they've worked fine. Haven't had any harsh temps to really test them yet.

Recommendations on rear hatch supports for added weight on there? I have a Gobi ladder and a Rotopaxx on the rear that whenever it gets cold, the damn rear hatch won't stay open and it's annoying as hell.

Running board delete. Easy enough, 6 bolts each side and unplugged the light cable. Wrapped the end in electrical tape in case I ever want to add some lights underneath.

I've actually thought about mounting some LED puddle light strips under there. I've been hesitant because I don't want to cut the wires on the running board incase I want to add them back later, but it would be relatively simple. Could look really cool. And it would already have the OEM logic of turning on and off automatically with the key fob/door activation.
Im looking to do this in spring, i like those lights when camping and just in a dark place in town. Having some LED point down from the undercarriage would be sweet with the same logic.

Extended my AC drain line. I did this originally with black rubber 5/16” fuel line, and a union, but got paranoid that water was getting stuck up there. Ended up removing it. Then I had a project where I bought this measuring funnelfor like 5 bucks at autozone, but I didn’t need the hose. We’ll before tossing the hose, it worked perfect. Slid right over the drain with a little encouragement. And then used a small hose clamp.
And bonus, my power steering pump had to be replaced by the dealer. After a few days in the shop they told me it didn’t have the power steering cap on the reservoir, I told them it had it when I dropped it off. And sure enough, there it was, under the vehicle resting on the aft skid plate. This was like a month ago.

Just upgraded my Hi and Lo beams with Auxbeam FT-1 led bulbs. Less than 20 minutes and a world of difference.

Finally read through the 88 pages of mods here. Great stuff people. I just recently got a 2004 T4R from a family member and I'm so excited to get to modifying it.
Things I did over the weekend
1. Removed HCF
2. Installed new fog lights
Parts on the way from amazon
1. New hvac lighting
2. New reverse lights
3. New interior light LEDs
4. Seat covers.
Once I get everything in I'll post pics. Thanks again to everyone who posts the how-to instructions!

Sway bar end link bushings
My easy weekend mod was to replace the rear sway bar end link bushings. I found the Energy Suspension polyurethane end link bushing set at Autozone for about 16 bucks. Part# 9.8105R. They’re 3/8” I.D. And fit the rear end link with wiggle room. Bonus is there’s 8 bushings in the kit so you and a buddy can go halvsies or you can keep the extras to replace later if they wear out. I did re-use the factory washer on top of the bottom bushing but used the washers on the top and bottom that were supplied in the kit. A 14 mm end wrench and a 12 mm ratcheting end wrench were the only tools I needed.

Long overdue headlight restoration using the $15 Rustoleum kit from Walmart. Started out with 500 grit by hand.
