Do you know if that'd be a common part from a local store or a specialty "order online" type part?

I noticed one or two people did that and ended up grinding the washer down to size.

It's something you'll have measure and either make yourself or get really lucky at the hardware store.

Call AllPro, they should be able to get you the sleeve. AllPro 3rd Gen UCA arm page

Most steel shops will have to order DOM and then you would have to cut it to spec. Ive looked around and can't find another source for the sleeves with out purchasing a whole UCA rebuild kit. i.e. like from Wheelersoffroad.com

I mentioned a couple post ago that I plan on ordering the proper DOM if I get a list of those interested all get enough for everyone on the list.

For those that need install notes due to them not coming with the UCA, you can use TC's for the 4th Gen. In all and intents and purposes the same process. 4th Gen Install notes

Got a pair myself, notes about them:

• No grease packed into the monoball
• Bushings were too long, had to grind them down
• Powdercoat/Paint extremely brittle, easy to chip
• Came with nice hardware
• Perfect Fitment

I would have included a couple bottles of Grey Goose or Rye as a complete care package, since I know that booze goes for double up there as well. Lol

Yup, wish I started buying parts for the rig 6 months ago when it was still at 90 cents.

Can someone do me a favour and measure the sleeve included with the arms? Need OD, ID and length. I swear someone posted that in the thread somewhere, but I can't find it.

With these measurements, I may have another solution for us.

I know that Energy suspension control arm bushing kit comes with two sets of different size inner sleeves and I thinking the ones I didn't use when I rebuilt my OEM UCA are probably the correct size but I won't know til I get my arms to try it out ..

I went through all of ES's universal sizes and couldn't find any that matched the sizes these UCA's need.
