Eibach Pro-truck lift

I finally had time to install my eibach parts. Install was easier than I expected. I netted a little less than 2” in the front on stock springs and eibachs at 1.6. Hopefully it will settle a little. I got just under 1” in the rear with the 4th gen springs and shocks. Overall I’m very pleased.

You're going to need an alignment anyway, so if you can afford to do the arms at the same time it will help get your castor in check. You're right though, it's not required in order to get the full height out of the kit.

It’s rides nice. Firmer, but not rough. The body roll and noise dive is greatly reduced. I ran over a few railroad crossings and noticed the most improvement there. This weekend Im going to load the bikes up and see how the rear springs behave with a little weight.

that sounds promising. i just got my 2017 sr5 and the more i drive it i feel its more mushy

Your truck looks great! I am new to this site and to modifying my 4Runner. if you don't mind me asking, what was the install cost of the kit? or the time that it took? thanks

Suspension so good, and tires so sticky you can literally go vertical with the truck.

I was on average 1/2” low on the drivers rear before the install. After the install if was closer to 1/4”. The front was even before and since I used the factory springs it stayed that way. I probably could have used an OME trim packer to fix the rear.

Installed mine last weekend and I have been enjoying the ride since. Its actually been more comfortable driving now compared to the oem suspension. Have a 1/4" lean on the driver side and thats with my wife in the driver seat and full tank of gas. Also got an alignment done and all fell into proper spec.
My installation was pretty straight forward as well. Didnt need to disconnect the kdss system front or back. It actually took longer to safely jack up the vehicle and place it on a stand (driveway is on an incline) than the actual suspension work. Hopefully at some point Eibach will release a 2" lift dor the rear.

Had the full kit for a month or so fronts set at 2nd groove from bottom because of ARB Summit bumper and winch. Ride much better, lot less front end dive and roll I can push it thru corners now. Feels like a truck now not a sissy SUV should also give better performance if I use it to pull boat. Shocks do a great job and are valved for the 4Runner. Mine sets pretty level.

looking at this kit. trying to reduce nose dive and roll and have a firmer ride. this is how much garage clearance i have. shouldnt be a problem right??

As long as you stay under 12" on the lift your golden!
