Eibach Pro-truck lift

I am glad you caught this sooner than later! I am sure Eibach will be touching base to help. I am curious if this is some form of a clip or grove failure verses a Toytec assembly failure. I will be checking mine also.

It's assembly error. Why would Eibach need to do anything? Toytec failed at assembly not Eibach lol.

It's a cheap part, replace, send the bill for the part, labor, to toytec and be done with it. It's good it didn't fail though that would've been an interesting ride lol.

The boys at Toytec are great, but if they don't have clips in stock for whatever reason just shoot me a line and I'll have one in the mail today.

Update: Toytec is overnighting a new replacement Eibach shock to me and refunding me for the original pre-assembly charge. Toytec assured me, "we go through a pretty in "detail" inspection of all parts, products, and pre-assembled coilovers before they are packed up." Their thought was, "some sort of mis-manufacturing on the shock/clip setting that popped out."

Toytec is also shipping a return label and the damaged shock/clip will be shipped back to Toytec for a detailed inspection.

Glad it's moving in the right direction for you. Nothing is perfect 100% of the time but it's good to see both the vendor and the manufacturer step up and do the right thing for you. Makes me happy with the purchase just on that fact alone.

No, it will work with our racing springs so we can help you choose the spring rate you will need based upon the load you are adding. My rig is in the shop right now and we're adding 100, 200, 300,400 and 500lbs of load so we can see what it does to ride height.

Yes, for about a week. Then I'll be on Dirt King upper and lower arms.

We're still messing around with the rear setup so this was about 2". The front is 3". Looks great and still rides very well.

Thanks Ryan! I'm looking to do a similar lift with the fronts on the second perch and a 2 inch lift in the rear with the Toytec RCC2.0. Also looking to get the Dirt King UCAs.

It looks like you have some reverse rake though? Has it settled?

Yah it's dialed in. We had bags of sand in the rear to simulate added weight.
