I've looked into this a little bit. I think I got talked out of it because it was going to be astronomically expensive. As far as a kit designed to do what you're talking about? I have not heard of or seen any as of yet.
It's possible that you could toy with pulling the system out of the tailgate of a 5th gen (maybe from a junk yard?), but the odds of finding a totaled one with the rear completely intact and relatively close to you is probably slim to none. But I wouldn't say it's impossible.
