EnTune App: Vin not recognized

I tried registering my VIN in the entire app on IPhone and for some reason it's not recognized. Even without typos.
I am stationed over seas. Btw

Hi DCook,

I can't say with absolute certainty, but there have been a few issues regarding 'Entune app suite' and it's compatibility w/ iphone. You may need to use an Android or Windows to pair up. Rgds

VIN not recognized

Mine did the same thing. Just grabbed the Ipad and went online to the Entune website to register everything. After that everything worked fine on my Iphone(Apps worked etc.)

I may have to try that. I think this is why I deleted the app last year for my 14 (wouldn't recognize VIN). And it could be why I can't load the upgrade from my USB now...... :tsk:
