The 2012 Entune systems are equipped with voice recognition technology instead of having to record your voice for speed dialing (2010-2011).

My question is: Is there a way to record your voice for a phone book entry in order to override voice recognition?

I have some people with unconventional names in my phone book and Entune doesn't recognize their name when I say it. Every time I want to call them I have to spell out their phone number. I've looked in the manual and I don't see anything in there about it.

The easiest way would to make an additional phone book entry for these people with a name that you can remember and that the system will understand. Or just change the name in your phone book.
